RAIPUR — Orrish Group, the diversified business house with interests spanning infrastructure, finance, biotechnology, real estate, hospitality and trade, announced consolidated revenue of ₹4,238 crore for the financial year ended March 2026, a 17 per cent increase over the previous year.
The performance was led by the group's infrastructure arm, which closed a record order book on the back of road, water and urban-development mandates across Chhattisgarh and neighbouring states. The finance vertical also reported healthy growth in its assets under management, supported by disciplined underwriting and an expanding branch network in tier-two and tier-three towns.
"These results reflect a simple idea we have held for three generations — that businesses built on trust compound over time," said Devansh Orrish, Chairman of Orrish Group. "We have grown deliberately, sector by sector, and we remain focused on long-term value rather than short-term scale."
The group attributed much of the year's momentum to its hospitality division, where occupancy at its flagship Raipur property recovered strongly and new food-and-beverage formats were launched. The biotechnology unit, while still in an investment phase, advanced two of its agricultural-input products toward commercial trials.
Operating margins improved by roughly 120 basis points, which the management credited to better procurement, shared services across group companies, and a renewed focus on energy efficiency at its larger sites. Net debt was held broadly flat even as capital expenditure rose.
Looking ahead, Orrish Group said it expects to invest more than ₹900 crore over the next two financial years, with the bulk earmarked for infrastructure execution capacity, a new mixed-use real-estate development, and the modernisation of its hospitality assets.
The group employs over 6,400 people directly and reiterated its commitment to its social arm, the Shivasha Foundation, which received an enhanced annual allocation tied to group profitability.
